Terra firma? You'd have problems convincing the people who lived in Atlantis.
Terra firma? You'd have problems convincing the people who lived in Atlantis.
Yes, but I don't have to. They're MIA as usual
If only they'd listened to Noah.
And followed him 2 by 2.
The rhinocerphants might have survived
The bigger they are, the harder they fall....
Whatever floats your boat.........
Everyone needs a life raft.
In what part of the Ark did the woodworms live?
You tell us.......
Exactly what I was thinking, Moe.....
Moe if you want to be in a boat pic,i'll have to steal[opps-err-ahem-hehe]secure one for the picture.
The picture will sink without trace, just like the boat.
Of course it will, but folks still remember the titanic....my motto is..film it and you'll never see it again.
Westgrand, throw me a life vest please.
Great line moe,we'll use it in the film.
There's a patent on that line & westgrand has it.
Here's another....Ms Moe requires a life vest, not a death vest....as in career.
West,i just spoke with my head leegal beegal[perriless masonot]nad he says you gotta leave moe's career to me by order of the third party of the first campaine of the whichway...sorry west it's over.
Sorry I have an ironclad contract with Mr. Westgrand, ESQ.
And if you make any snide comments:
I CHOOSE MR. WESTGRAND ESQ. to represent me.
Thank you Ms Moe for your loyalty.
I'm sure the fulsome testimonial received from Miss Della Street will have given you great confidence in my abilities.
Yes indeed, westgrand!
WEST MY GOOD FELLOW,I HAVE JUST SPOKEN WITH PARLIMENT AND THEY FOUND A WRIT FROM[1655]THAT STATES YOUR LAWFIRM AS DISCOMFIBULATED BY ORDERS OF THE KING..MOE YOUR CARRIAGE AWAITS..[but hurry up before they try to cash the check].
As I have stated before, Parliament is not sitting until after the Election, and I am in charge until then. I have repealed the writ of 1655, and reinstated Mr Westgrand's law firm. I find Arr&bee's case frivolous, and sentence him to six months listening to the records of One Direction.
I don't object your honor!!
As if anyone as honourable as you would ever object, Moe!
Six months listening to the records of One Direction. What a capital punishment!
144MAN,YOU SLY DEVIL,BUT YOU FORGOT IT'S ME YOU'RE DEALING WITH I WENT TO PARLIMENT BEFORE YOU TOOK YOUR SEAT AND GOT A WRIT FROM[1654 and 59 seconds]SIGNED BY KING HENRY HIMSELF,WHICH OVERRULES YOUR POWERS UNTIL THE YEAR[3555]A GOOD YEAR I'M TOLD,NOW THE KING'S DEGREE IS WRITTEN IN ANCIENT INK WHICH MEANS THAT IT CAN'T BE OVERRULED,144MAN NICE TRY BUT NO CIGAR.
Which Henry I might ask?
Well, for a start, there's a Henry King going around London, passing himself off as royalty. He works as a janitor at the Houses of Parliament. Lives in the broom cupboard. He's somewhat of a forger, always attempting to deceive any unsuspecting party.
Now 144man, well that's a different matter. He is the real deal. I44man is 144th in line of succession for the throne and, in years, is ahead of me, so he's hanging on, just like the Prince of Wales.
144man has everything lined up for the great day when the populace turn out en masse to cheer him, even to being seen around the capital with a certain lady friend known as Camellia. They are seen at all the MOST prestigious events and venues with visiting royalty, foreign ambassadors, diplomats and politicians.
Oh yes! In the whole of London, there can't be a fish and chip shop queue that those two haven't graced.....
I have been advised not to comment on Westgrand's observations.
I reject Arr&bee's arguments. I have declared myself Overlord Chief Justice until the General Election of May 7, and my powers are therefore de facto rather than de jure. The technical term for this is "Yah boo sucks".
I am in agreement with 144man..........
You can count me in.
The ayes have it.............unamimously............so R&B you are toast..........
Anyone smell burning?
All the way to Ohio, westgrand
I enjoy my toast well done.
How about a toast to St George? Happy St George's Day!
Indeed. We just don't celebrate this occasion, do we....
Why not? We should celebrate everything westgrand. Life is too short
St George's Day just isn't a nationally celebrated event, although it has been suggested it should be an English national holiday.
I think I remember being photographed at infants school, waving St George's flags, back in the 1950s....
You have a pic?
Maybe somewhere, though I expect it was with my Mum's things when she passed away in 2012, and could now be with my sister, who is very interested in old family photos.
I always remember April 23 because it was my late father's birthday....and Shakespeare's.
Wasn't Shakespeare born 'around' April 23 [[most probably before) but recorded as having died on April 23rd [[1616) - ?
ALL IS FORGIVEN,I'M IN REAL ESTATE NOW,WHO NEEDS LAND OR A NICE FLAT[I got folks all over the world ]WHAT EVER YOU NEED IN PROPERTY I GOT IT COVERED,MY CRIM...OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..MY CRONIES ARE WORKING AS WE SPEAK TO GET ALL THE LAND WE CAN STEAL-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..WE CAN SECURE.
That could well be right. It's just that the date of his death is known, but his actual date of birth is not. It makes a neat story anyway, so that's not too Bard.
Did he write in iambic pentameter or dactylic hexameter?
Well Moe, some of his characters spoke in prose but, generally, Shakespeare wrote in iambic pentameter, to which he found he was not adverse.
Me either westgrand..........
