"Nightflight" Tue July 15, 9P-12M ET: Sweet, Sweet Soul....1 More time!

Howdy, Nightfliers!!! Since you all enjoyed the gorgeous sounds of soul and Motown for the past 2 weeks....I thought I'd do it one more time. The request for that special track won't go without being honored either. This is just a quick note, since my internet modem died...as well as my phone. Comcast is so nice....they will be coming tomorrow to fix it.....gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! But I'll be here tonight, since the internet works dandy! Join me on "Nightflight"...tonight...on WOMR 92.1 FM Provincetown and WFMR 91.3 FM Orleans and we...of COURSE...are streaming live world wide in digital stereo at www.womr.org Thanks and Glory be to you all! Johnny

Up the Ladder to the Roof.....music of the gods.

I thought I was the only person who liked "The Composer". Dare I say I like "No Matter What Sign You Are" as well?

This Dionne track is killer... If only her psychic friends would tell her to do more stuff like it these days.....

"Don't Burn The Bridge.." is good advice to take. It's my favourite track on the "Just Being Myself" album. There's a version by Eloise Laws on the HDH complete 45s collection.

John, I'm a little late posting this, but I really enjoyed the music you played on Nightflight last evening. It was especially appreciated that you featured four different versions of "Nathan Jones," which goes to prove the universal appeal of Tamla Motown recordings. Thank you for thinking outside the box!

Shame about the break for the weather warning interrupting the Bettye Lavette track at the end of the show
