Did Malaco rebuild? Are they up and running yet?

This is more of a Southern Soul question, but I was wondering if anyone knows if Malaco Records ever rebuilt their studio after being wiped out by a tornado a year or two ago? They put out such great music over the years and my understanding was that they would be back in action at some point.

It's good news that the office building is completed & that the adjacent studio building will be up running by November.
Guess the label lost most of its acts though in the 2 years or so that they have be inactive.
