Otis must be a good businessman and able to get along because he sure has never been the musical highlight of the group but he sure kept it together unlike any other group

I'll give Otis this credit, he made sure The Temptations kept on regardless of who joined and he was able to find great talent. No other group has ever amassed a number of multi-talented singers like Otis.
