Marv, you'll have to educate me, I thought all the ZE stuff was out of NYC?

Nope, Was Not Was [[Don Was and brother David Was) along with the rest of the band were Detroit natives! Remember the song "Walk The Dinosaur" from around the mid 80s? That was them also. The label, ZE may have been out of NYC but the music and talent on the above record was 100% DETROIT! "Out Comes the Freaks" was a huge favorite with Detroiters in 1981.

Oh I remember that one very well. That has the NYC Disco sound that was also popularized by Corey Daye, Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah band and others. Cool record.
