I watched this yesterday. Man, what a wallop that woman can pack.

Yeah--Chaka isn't a singer, she is a mutant! What an instrument she has. I love how she can go all around the note but somehow wind up back on the melody, effortlessly. That is tremendous vocal agility! I really don't know how these people can ad lib all over the place without hitting a sour note! It makes me nervous.

Thanksgiving 2020 she did a livestream concert [[ChakaVision 2020). It is astonishing how much of her voice is still there at 67 years old. Vocally, she is better now than she was 20 years ago. Chaka is truly blessed and she is passing it on to us.

Guy I just saw an interview with Chaka where she told her age and then said she was nearing the end of her time here--and that depressed me. I don't want to live in a world without Chaka Khan. especially not after Mary

Thanks for that info. I am trying to do better in keeping up with who is doing a livestream. Hopefully next time. Plus Chaka owes me a better concert!
