I most definitely do remember the original song. It is good that they, Kongas did not stray too far away from the original song because it was great in the first place. I am now remembering someone remade a dance version of Gordon Lightfoot's " If You Could Read My Mind" either in the late 80s or early 90s. I use to hear it a lot in Canada when I was up there back then.

Marv, that's Viola Wills on "If You Could Read My Mind". She's another one of my favorites. She, unfortunately, died of cancer a few years ago. Pity, they say she was a really sweet lady and, God knows, she had a great voice.

Oh yeah I remember her. My favorite of hers was "Going to Get Along Without You Now".
