    The city is well on its way to coming back. Investment is up, the Woodward corridor straight out to Highland Park looks pretty decent. Cass is decent again. East Jefferson is nice clear out past Grand Blvd. It's just going to take some investment in the neighborhoods. It's a start, but the improvements will start to "bleed" out to the rest of the city.

    Good for Jack White for investing in the city.

    Add the $50 Million Hitsville Museum expansion project to that. Any word on Aretha's Supper Club/Dance Club?
