At least no one talks back!
Well Moe, you say that, but I keep getting these strange messages...
You been talking to R&B again?
In researching these lists, Moe, the information I learn about those who are no longer with us can be unexpected, and sometimes strange.
Arr&bee, on the other hand, is still very much with us [[I think), but yet always so very strange.....
WHAT A TOUGH AUDIENCE,YOU GUYS SAY I DON'T SHARE THIS WONDERFUL ELIXUR[IT'S GOOD FOR THIS POST,HEHE]MOE WHEN DID YOU START DRINKING ANYTHING STRONGER THAN TEA? HMMMM???? AS FOR YOU OTHERS[WEST-144MAN]JUST BE PATIENT AS SOON AS I BRIBE-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..BRIEF THE OFFICIALS AT THE BORDERS THIS LITTLE MISUNDERSTANDING WILL BE CLEARD UP[I hope]AND ONE DAY SOON YOU TOO WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE THE SAME FEELINGS OF HOPELESS-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..HAPPINESS AND BLISS THAT I ENJOY SEVERAL TIMES A DAY-AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
NOW BACK TO THE MOVIE BUISINESS,MS.MOE[SUPERSTAR]I HAVE A NOTHER WINNER FOR YOU AND IT'S A CHALLENGE BUT AN ACTRESS WITH YOUR RANGE CAN DO IT,NOW IN THIS POLARIOID CLASSIC YOU ARE A MENTAL PATIENCE,THAT'S RIGHT YOU'RE NUTTY AS A FRUITCAKE AND YOU ARE LOCKED UP IN A PADDED ROOM ALL YB YOUR SELF,BUT ARE YOU REALLY ALONE AS EVERYONE THINKS OR IS THERE ACTUALLY ANOTHER VOICE THERE THAT CAN'T BE SEEN,WELL I'VE FOUND THAT CRAZY-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..THAT CREDITED ACTRESS TO PORTRAY YOUR ALTER EGO NONE OTHER THAN-[ MYND LESS MATILDA ]WHO HAS BEEN LOCKED UP-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..HAS BEEN LOCKED INTO STAGE WORK SINCE HER LAST SCREEN CREDITS IN[1936]SHE'S BEEN KNOWN TO STEAL SCENES BUT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE THAT WORD FOR WORD...LEGEND HAS IT THAT THIS CLASSIC IS BASED ON A TRUE STORY ABOUT A FAMOUS MOVIE PRODUCER WHO LANDED IN THE NUTHOUSE..[where do they come up with this stuff]ANYHOW MS.MOE I'M SENDING YOU A SCRIPT..AND FOR REALISM I'M FILMING IN A REAL NUTHOUSE,[NO NOT A MENTAL HOSPITAL BUT THE NUTHOUSE WHERE THE NUTS ARE PICKED AND JARRED DOWN HERE IN DA HOOD]I WAS GONNA USE A REAL ONE BUT NO MENTAL HOSPITAL IN THE COUNTRY WILL LET ME IN,ANYHOW THIS ONE IS GONNA BE BIG SO PRACTICE TALKING TO YOURSELF!!
I'm currently writing a script myself, with the working title of 'National Disaster'.
It features a crazed Presidential candidate who exhibits ever more bizarre and unconvincing behaviour, but to which his many followers seem completely blind. To them, he is an ultimate entertainer, and can do no wrong, for the one reason that he has made a lot of money for himself .
The leading female character is an opposing Presidential candidate, who is herself the ex-wife of a former President. Unfortunately, many voters would die rather than admit they would sooner have a bad male President, than a good female one.
The power struggle in this picture will have the audience on the edge of their seats. They will watch from the start, expecting the best candidate to be the rightful winner, but the twist in the story is not about how good she might be, but just how bad he is, and always will be.
Ms Moe [[Superstar) is being considered for the female lead.
This could be your Big Chance, as the male lead.
OK, I know it's a real stretch, but could you ever picture yourself as someone competently running the country from The White Shed??
Ummmm, that sounds familiar but highly unbelievible,a female president, hehehe i mean the male candidate would have to be the most stupid idiot of all time to lose, i mean this nut job would have to be a racist-anti-feminist warmongrel, i mean some rich bully fool with no feel for anyone but his fellow nut jobs who would more than likely make dumb public statements and then try to say he didn't mean them..nope west i don't think i'll invest in this one it can't be a winner,i mean even that crazy character actor-donald trump somethingorother couldn't save such a mess...west don't waste your time with such a mess!!

Happy Birthday : to everyone celebrating Birthdays on October 8th.
Hey West- I want to play the wife of the bizarre male nut job running for President. Let's call her Mellmallnia. I'll be perfect when I perform the the forgiveness lines, you know 'I forgave him you should forgive him yada yada blah blah'. She knows she can never be deported from their marriage because she has anchor babies.
Last edited by sophisticated_soul; 10-09-2016 at 12:43 PM.
She's still at great risk of being run out of town with him; her rose coloured glasses, and all.
Besides, I had you earmarked for the role of Imelda Marcos, with a big production number of 'Just Walk In My Shoes'.
I could do Imelda! Ah, wait, I mean I could play Imelda. A tad tall for the part, but ethnically a good match. I have an original song to offer "Shoe Pleather Expressway" [[The Manila Mix). It's a shoe in!
Let's just give it the title 'Pleather', and release it in vinyl.....
Then there's "[[Theme from Misogyny) Do You Know What You Said on Tape Ten Years Ago"
So I said to Donald "I'm 75 years old, and I have something between my breasts that a 25 year old doesn't!"
He said to me "Soph, it's your navel".......
Yes, from casaba melons to hot house cucumber squash. Life in a blink!
Or, in your case, 20,075 posts
That's Mr. 20,075 posts, thank you very much.
And you'll bow to me, when you say that....
Alley Oops! My bad, I forgot you're Mr. 32,376!
It sounds like one of those sales rankings on Amazon.....
Where do I rank?
Moe, you're currently on 6,344 posts, which makes you just 5 posts away from being ranked #25 out of 2,000+ members.
Although there are 3-4 female members placed above you, they no longer contribute, so I'd say that you are currently the most 'active' female member on Soulful Detroit...and therefore fully earning the accolade 'Ms. Moe [[Superstar)'
October 9th : if this is your birth date, then you share it with :

R&B's history speaks for itself westgrand...............NEXT!
I have to say, westgrandboulevard, that this thread is absolutely fantastic - It must be quite an undertaking and you are doing a brilliant job!!!
NOW MOE,DON'T GET PICKETY ON ME,THIS IS A BIG DEAL I'M GONNA COMPETE WITH THOSE HIGHFALUTTIN BROADWAY FOLKS...[I'm not actually allowed within 200 miles of Broadway, ever since Duufuss swiped some letters from the marquee,I told them he would bring em back]WELL I'M DOING MY STAGE THING NOW AND I'M DRAG-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..DRAW A NEW CROUD AND I CAN'T THINK OF A BETTER SUPERSTAR THAN YOU MS.MOE TO OPEN MY FIRST PLAY,AND YOU AN WEST GET A PERCENTAGE OF THE GATE TOO...WHY WE MIGHT HAVE UPWARDS OF TEN FOLKS FOR THE OPENING NIGHT..[maybe more if the liquor store stays open late]I KNOW YOU WANT TO BE THERE FOR THIS HISTRONIC-OPPS-ERR-AHEM-HEHE..HISTORIC EVENT!!
Arr&bee...wouldn't it be easier if those 'upwards of ten folks' came over and simply watched us here? I'm not asking for a percentage of anything...
TomatoTom123, thank you for the compliment. I enjoy the research, as the information is then continually being updated. Due to other commitments, lack of time often means the details each day are nowhere near as complete as I would prefer, so not 'brilliant' in my own opinion...but it's fun to be making the effort.
You deserve the compliment westgrand!
