Question of the Day [[for old timers): What song when performed live by Jean, Mary, and Cindy would ALWAYS bring the house down, i.e., huge, non-stop ovations and lotsa tears in the audience. No, not a Motown song [[or one their hits)!

    Not a clue....I'm a REAL "old timer"!

I think that Graham BLVD has a version of Nathan Jones.

  3. #53
wow I had no idea there were so many versions of NJones out there Supremes Rule!

  4. #54
I think it was that "Old Time Revival" song. That's not quite the name of it but it is something like that. I saw them back in the day and that song brought the house down.

My goose bumps just got goose bumps. I haven't heard this in eons!

  13. #63
Well, while "Brother Love" was a really crowd pleaser, Jean, Mary and Cindy's version of "The Theme from Exodus" was truly amazing. Standing ovations for The Supremes were common, but not tears! Many audience members were very emotional at the conclusion of this song. It fit Jean's voice perfectly, was more subdued that most other songs, and Mary and Cindy's harmony was flawless. Plus, the content of the song was moving to many audience members. It caused chills!

For those of you who never saw JMC live, you missed something. Their stage show was perfection!
