This one will always get my vote! It's been in my Top 10 since I was kid:
Stevie Wonder with Someday at Christmas
The two songs that have sold constantly in music stores every year were Silent Night by the Tempts and White Christmas by the Drifters.
The most popular Christmas LP was Stax Soul Christmas
I disagree with their list. I don't have time right now to post my favs but may post favorite Xmas albums later.
Of course, as you may guess my top 5 favorite individual tracks are:
1. Silent Night ~ Jimmy Scott
2. It's That Time of the Year ~ The Manhattans [[featuring "Smitty")
3. Alone On New Year's Eve ~ The Manhattans [[Smitty's personal favorite)
4. This Christmas ~ The Whispers
5. The Christmas Song ~ Nat King Cole
and.....................so many other great soulful tracks, love Darlene Love's.

I would've bumped a couple songs on the list to make room for two of my faves, the Lou Rawls version of "Little Drummer Boy" and the O'Jays tune "Christmas Just Ain't Christmas [[New Years Just Ain't New Years Without the One You Love)".
Best,
