She recieved many positive reviews when she did "Sophisticated Ladies". And her latest Lena Horne tribute show has garnered nice reviews as well.

Yes, she recorded a live Jazz album called "Up Close". There is also a live concert DVD for it.

I think it's great! One of the Supremes is still receiving honors for her work all these years since they started back in 1959. You go Mary!!!

Good for Mary. But this is just something given to her to get a "name" there. It is mostly just local entertainment where the old folks can bring their lawn chairs and listen to music. They have something like this on the plaza outside of the building where I work during spring/summer.

She'll probably stay over in England though & perhaps send the nephew to pick it up ~ if there is free lunch, accommodation, and the weather is good.
