He doesn't look like Marvin, Smokey or Stevie, too old to be any of the J5's kid. He does kinda look like Otis Williams, that would be my first guess.
Second guess is Eddie Kendricks

I thought Frankie wasn't his biological son but Anna's niece's son whom they adopted. If that's true, then Frankie wouldn't look like Marvin.

Nosey, that is Marvin III that you are referring to. Frankies is the biological son of Marvin Gaye and his second wife Janis.
