Howdy "Nightflight" listeners!! Here's hoping your Labor Day was filled with TONS of non-labor and lots of festivity! Since The Motown Complete Singles marathon is not able to start until next week due to unforeseen issues [[DEFINATELY next week...Sept 10th)...I thought I'd keep the festivities of Labor Day going with a continuation of homage to Philadelphia and the great music that city cranked out for so many decades. In honor of tonight's show I am having a Philly Cheesesteak sandwhich, a piece of cake with Philadelphia® Cream Cheese Frosting, reading about the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles in the Philadelphia Inquirer while thinking about my Philadelphia Freedom. And, as anyone who reads my posts knows, I have a crack in my bell.

wishing you a great show tonight. I'll try to make the second half of it but I have to commit listening adultery on you til 10 with Diana Ross at her concert at the Hard Rock Orlando. I'll be sure to let everyone know if I spot any Andantes hiding behind the stage curtains....

Just got out of Ms Ross' clutches and I must say it was beyond fantastic. She was in great voice and mood, even shaking grabbing hands from the stage and signing LP Covers from the stage. Definitely recommend getting tickets.

Thanks! It was a night to remember! Glad i splurged for second row seats although i must say i did climb over seats to try and Reach Out And Touch at the end... I'll try to share pics shortly!
