Don't sweat it , Mike, something will get by ALL of us occassion. I can think of a number of
books some folks don't know were ever written and I am introduced to things I missed in
literature and music every year...

Bought Jerry's PIR 2fer CD yesterday, and read about this book in the notes...then I saw this thread, so decided to buy from Amazon...less than £5 including p&p...good deal.
