Four Top's "KILLER B's": I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU/1966; WHERE DID YOU GO/1965

Both tunes also feature the glorious voices and artistry of The Andantes.

Love "I Like Everything About You" by both the Tops and Eddie, but don't love "Where Did You Go."

I really enjoyed WHERE DID YOU GO for what The Andantes brought to it and how well their voices complimented those of the Tops. I also thought it was worth posting because it sounded like a really close variant of BABY I NEED YOUR LOVING in many ways to me. But I'm glad you loved both versions of I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU, Thomas. I do, too.

I think it's a good song, just never one of my favorites. I can't really explain why though. Thanks for posting the Eddie version of "I Like Everything About You," I'd never heard it before and it's fantastic.

Thomas - My pleasure. Eddie really could sing, couldn't he? Very much with a similar sound to Jackie Wilson. It was too bad Eddie didn't like performing. He's definitely someone I would have loved to have seen on stage. But the consolation: He went behind the scenes and still put his creative energy into full force. I just hope he knows that both his writing and singing hold up so beautifully to this day. And will only continue to do so into the future. Still just as wonderful as they were back in their day. An exceptionally talented guy.
