Only two of the four girls own the name and can legally tour as En Vogue...

The EnVogue name went to Terry and Cindy, which is fair. Dawn and Maxine have repeatedly left the group. Terry and Cindy can always hire a third member.

The judge made the right decision. Terry Ellis and Cindy Herron have stayed with the group over the years while Maxine and Dawn have been in and out of the group over the years. Of course with this suit, chances are slim to none the 4 will ever reunite. At least Terry and Cindy own the name and it doesn’t belong to the record or production company.

Well, that's the end of that group! Farewell EnVogue.
