"Nightflight" Tue Feb 26, 9P-12M ET: ...a Tempting Temptations Tribute!!!

Howdy, good friends!! A mistaken communication about the passing of one of our beloved Temptations, on the throes of an actual passing of another member...Damon Harris [[b. July 17, 1950-d. Feb. 18, 2013)...led me to
realize that a tribute to the Temptations was long overdue. We have, in fact, lost so many Tempts...
So tonight, do join me as I play for you songs by the Temptations spanning the groups career, including not only a few of my extended versions, but some really special remixes shared with me by the Master of Remix...Tom Moulton....just for this show. Thanks Tom!!

Thanks John. Clearly the Temptations were very snappy dressers. If you get a chance, I hope you will play my favorite Temptations' track: "I Ain't Got Nothin'."

Despite them being the biggest act in Motown I don't think they get the respect they deserve...same with the Four tops...

Wow! Thank you John for the B-Day greeting. It wasn't that long ago I joined this site and members have made me feel part of the extended Motown family. As my dear departed dad remarked to my mom a few years back, "Mother, the kids are getting as old as we are!" As a found image I photographed in a back alley stated, "Never feel bad about old age. Growing older is a privledge denied far too many!"

That would've been excellent to hear them on that...I thought I read in Mary's book the Supremes recorded a version of I'm losing you...would be interesting to hear that...If it's out there
