Anyone watching the Super Bowl today?

I'm looking for SF to take it, but have always held a place dear to my heart for Baltimore. A conundrum.

Mary G., I'm with you. I'm a Falcons fan and my team absolutely puked away our ticket to the Super Bowl two weeks ago. It hurts to think about such a good year being flushed away by simple mistakes, so I'm not really going to worry too much about watching this game.

I am...going fir 49ers even though they are currently behind. Was going to go to a big super bowl party but decided to stay here in the quiet of my own home. Is that a sign that I'm getting old? lol

Landed in SFO from UK 2 hours before the game, clearly everyone here in the Bay area is very excited, or I should say were excited, as approaching half time the game looks terribly onesided - at this rate it's going to be very gloomy in the bars around here

Welcome to the USA, Mike. Yeah, the 49ers don't seem to be playing the same game right now.

Great game! The 49ers had 1st and goal with 2:20 left to play down by 5. They had their chance. Also, not converting on the 2-point conversion was very costly. Otherwise they'd have had a chip-shot field goal to tie the game near the end.

It was a great way for Ray Lewis to bow out. Baltimore won't be back next year without him on defence. The 49ers will be back with Kaepernick. That makes one wonder where Alex Smith will be playing next season. Perhaps in Minnesota???

Rumors are he will be in Cleveland, as he's recently had words of great praise for their new offensive coordinator, Norv Turner.
