Bobby Womack's latest heath threat

So sad to report Mr. Womack has been diagnosed with Altzeimer's disease.
This is a bad one. My brother has been fighting it for about five years now and one of my aunts died from it. It's really nasty in its final stages. The best we can do here is pray for him having more better days than bad ones. Here's the link:

I saw this a few hours ago on my homepage & the picture that accompanies the slideshow really made me a bit sad. The picture that accompanies the story is definitely from awhile back, but the one that accompanies the slideshow show the ravages of Bobby's recent health struggles.

I wish Bobby well, as I've learned all too well the effects that Alzheimers or dementia can have on their victim[[s).

This is a shock. Bobby Womack is a legend ,one of our greatest. I hope he does see better days.

Wow, one of my favorites. Glad I got to see him live @ 6 years ago. Get well Bobby. This is timely, as I'm at the Library and just left the doctor's office to have an ultrasound on my carotid arteries to make sure they're not blocked. The technician said everything looked good. [[I want as much oxygen getting to my brain as possible.)
