For me, she was THE voice. I thank God that I was able to spend time with her during her tenure with FLOS. Despite the numerous horror stories I've heard about her, I've never ever experienced anything other than her gracious supreme demeanour. Happy birthday Jean [[Tho I guess you all know she doesn't 'do' birthdays) but that doesn't stop me from saying it!
