'No Fear Here; Marks Artists' First Contemporary Solo Release Since The

    Supremes

Download image LOS ANGELES, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Susaye Greene -- the last member of
the Supremes -- and Dollface Records announce an agreement with OMD/Orpheus to
release "No Fear Here" with worldwide distribution. The November 18 release
reflects Greene's broad taste and talent offering a contemporary blend of
multiple genres including R&B/Soul, Jazz, Dance, POP, Gospel, and Rap.

"Supremes fans have been e-mailing me for years asking for new music, so I
decided to make this album," says Greene. "But I'm not just a one-genre
singer and really wanted to impress that upon people with this album."
Greene wrote or co-wrote and produced 11 of the set's 12 tracks. The
lineup includes such standouts as the R&B/soul-flavored, "Queen of Fates" and
the alternative-veined "Ha Ha Hey [[Laugh Til You Cry)." Greene's love affair
with music dates back to her childhood in New York, where she attended the
Professional Children's School and the High School of the Performing Arts,
    immortalized in the movie "Fame."
"Most people know Susaye as a member of the legendary Supremes and
automatically think this album would be a throwback to that era," said Beau
Huggins, President of OMD/Orpheus. "But we believe they'll be pleasantly
surprised by the sound she's created that is hip and fresh. We're happy that
    she's joined the Orpheus family."
"There are a lot of different perspectives on this album," says Greene,
"but it all has a connective thread. It's about me as a woman, a mother,
manager, Supreme, and a still-developing singer, songwriter, producer, and
creator. There's a thing about being a woman and wearing so many hats. It
means that fear is not an option. And it shows in my music."
The multi-faceted entrepreneur is also grooming several acts under her Los
Angeles-based management umbrella, Coton Directions, and completing her first
children's book filled with warm and colorful illustrations entitled, "Those
Cousins," an inspirational coming of age story of three young girls exploring
their imaginations and fulfilling their dreams.
Supreme fans will also be happy to learn Greene is penning her
autobiography about her life-changing stint as a Supreme, entitled "Supreme
    Madness."

For many of us aging Motown fans, we would like to see the Susaye, Scherrie, Cindy, Lynda perspective on their life with the Supremes.

They must be viable through Bankhouse Books or self publishing. Would be nice to see one of them happen.
