What's the hold-up on the new EWF album?

"Guiding Lights" is a great tune and I thought it was going to be the title track of a new CD. Perhaps I'm wrong and it's only a single. But as of now only the single has been released. I hope it's not some legal B.S. keeping this album from being released.

Anyone have any information?

It was supposed to be included on a new album called Now Then and Forever. The label is Sony Legacy. It is an anthology with Guiding Light being the only new song. And I may be wrong here, but I think the other songs on the CD are not by EWF , but by other artists doing EWF songs. This was supposed to be released in January, but it still is not available.
