The Boys [[or Boys) girl group

Does anyone know anything about this girl group that sang "Splendor in the Grass" from the mid-60's? I believe youtube has this song up.

blueskies, I watched this after you first mentioned it and looked all over for info about them
but couldn't find a thing. Unless someone else has insider information about them I think
we have to accept the fact that they may have been just another very obscure act who we'll
never know much more about other than one or two recordings and what label they were on. In this case Splendor, Kamasutra and they were from New York. I've been frustrated before with acts such as The Blisters, having their 45 Shortenin Bread/ Cookie's Rockin In Her
Stockings but not even knowing any members name. Also Bertha Tilman who recorded the soul classic Oh My Angel. All I know is she once worked with Sly Stone and she was like
Teena Marie a white woman who had a "black" sound. What happened to her after that is
a mystery to me even with the "world wide web". O well...
