    Where Is William "Mickey" Stevenson?

Does anyone know where he is and what he is doing these days?

That would be interesting. I still wonder where he is now and if he is still in the business.

    Marv2,

I found this brief interview on YouTube from 2011, in which he says he's writing a book. To my knowledge, he still lives in Los Angeles.

I also found this. I never even knew he made a solo album on his own!

Marv, Mickey is still active - here's his website

    Here's the book http://stevensonintl.com/book.htm

"Here I am" was re-released as cd and available as MP3 download. This was not what I was expecting when it was first released in 1972. Given that Mickey was synonymous with the Motown Sound, I was expecting a continuation of that sound. In fact the sound was quite different, and the songs were generally too pop / MOR for my taste, even though Leon Ware contributed greatly - Rocky Racoon, the Beatles song for example , why did Mickey take that dud song when he had written and produced such great stuff like Ask The Lonely.
