I got to visit with Cholly at his house in Vegas a couple of years before he passed.
The high opinion he was held in by the acts he helped develop stage shows for was more than evident when you went into his 'study'. The walls there were covered with gold discs presented to him by the Temptations, O'Jays & others. He also had a hook where he kept his 'old tour back-stage passes' .... these numbered in the dozens.

    DAMN GREAT STUFF!!!

This is truly a great clip. I love this behind-the-scenes footage & that was a seamless edit from the rehearsal to the performance on the show.

Stuff like this really makes you wish that you could go back, or at least have had access to today's technology so that we could've preserved some of the greatest performances of what was one great musical era.

To say that we were blessed to have lived during that time period is a huge understatement.
