What annoys me is that people think his songs with Commodores were his solo hits. This is, I think, the fault of Motown's marketing. They do the same thing to The Jackson 5, and the S*******, by giving their lead singer all the credit. And, people forget that Walter Orange sang half of Commodores' hits. He just had the unfortunate luck of sounding like Richie. Jermaine sang plenty of leads and co-leads on the Jackson 5 songs.

Love Lionel and his music and happy that he is back on the scene and on the charts. I purchased his new CD out of the love of his music but actually I prefer the original on all the songs.

I thought the opening bars of "My Destiny" in 1992 were truly magical..every week when I dj I mix the last 90 secounds of "All Night Long" when the voices and horns comes in into my set..the crowd love it..
