    William Powell of the O'Jays

Does anyone know how many albums Wm Powell recorded with the O'Jays
I have two albums Back Stabbers and Ship Ahoy where he is featured
, also did he ever sing lead on a an OJays track. I know he passed away in 1977
from cancer, but also left the group according to TVOne due to addiction.

Working On Your Case, a Northern Soul fave, features a falsetto Powell lead, I believe. As he was with the group from the early days right until the mid-70s, I guess he features on a lot of albums!

He also does a superb job leading "Let It All Out"! But he only had two lead spots during the PIR era on "For the Love of Money" and "How Time Flies"
