No, to my knowledge, there are no extended or alternate versions of those tracks on CD. The only extended version of "Muscles" that exists is the 12" vinyl, which has never been released on CD:

There is an alternate version of "I am me" from her 1982 lp on the "Shockwaves" European 12" single. It's 4:27 long [[and 3:47 on the Silk Electric lp and the "Muscles" 7" single).
