I used to frequent an all night cinema in the 70's [[called the Scala) purely to watch the US movies that us Brits never got. It's how I got to see "Beach Ball" and all those other beach movies. One time they were showing Rock and Roll films and it took my breath away when up on screen comes Marv Johnson. Well, knock me down with a feather cos it's up on youtube. WOW. This is really clear.

The film was called "Teenage Millionaire" from 1961.

Did you know there was a cinema in Salford called "La Scala"....it was that well known, they named an Opera House in Milan after it!

Boy, thanks for the movie title. I`ve just ordered it from Video Beat for $19.99.It also has Jackie Wilson, Chubber Checker and Bill Black`s Combo.I`m sure I`ve seen it but it was yonks ago.
