Niiice..! The instrumental track sounds so close to the original. If this was on the "Standing In The Shadows" James Jamerson music book/CD, I don't remember it sounding this good. This blew me away.

Is this release legal? All the tracks here appeared on the UK Bobby Taylor Anthology and just who is Master Classics Records?

Paul, I can't directly answer your question. However, the Bobby Taylor tracks are available through the 7digital platform, and it seems to be a professional organisation staffed with professional people. Just take a look at their backgrounds in highly respected companies.

I would imagine [[ and trust) that they will only distribute tracks under proper authorisation and license, but it may be worth you contacting them to confirm they have satisfied themselves that Master Classics is duly authorised to handle those tracks. They have contact details on their website.

As for Master Classics, they appear to be part of Cleopatra Records... a vast catalogue including Marvin Gaye , Teddy P, Sly, and Ike and Tina, [[although I don't see Bobby Taylor).
