Motown photagrapher JIM BRITT brutally mugged

Britt is a name of renown that ALL Fellow True Believers here are familiar with. He snapped zads of pix for MOTOWN artistes' LP sleeves in the 1970's. Amongst them : The Originals, Riot, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Matrix, The Jackson 5ive, and Rare Earth.

He was attacked on 15 December, and I saw the horrific news on his Facebook Page [[We are Facebook Friends).

Truly horrific news to hear. He's home recuperating now. Include Jim in your prayers and wish a speedy recovery, yes?

Jim Britt also took the photos for the front and back covers of the "Floy Joy" album for the Supremes. He did the cover on Diane Carroll's Motown album too.
