More dates coming soon...
thats not too far away!Great. Try & make it a long weekend. That theater used to be called something else, I never heard of the Mahaffey. I see Gladys Knight is there on a Friday in Feb. & O'Jays on a Thurs in Jan. New Years Eve a Big Disco Show with Sister Sledge, Maxine Nightengale & Gloria Gaynor. But Diana Ross sounds like a winner for me.
I guess she's just going to continue.
HOpefully one day she'll get a prestigious theme park gig.
We were confident Diana would come to the UK in 2011 but I'm now losing hope that she will ever be back!
Does anyone know how many peformances she has done to date since this tour kicked off ? I am just curious.
Do hope she makes it to the U.K. soon. Its been too long. Paulo xxxx

R&B legend Diana Ross will perform at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on March 2.
Tickets for the concert are $79.50-$350 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Fri., Dec. 16 via Ticketmaster, the Ryman Auditorium Box Office or Opry House Box Office or by calling [[615) 889-3060.
Top ticket price is $350!! Woah!! Must be a smaller venue.
That's the root of Motown then!
So Smokey and Berry must be coming too.
I think they may have been other dates announced today.

Music artists like to think their music will live forever. In the case of pop stars, it’s not just the music that imitates an Energizer Bunny, it’s the stars themselves. At age 67, Diana Ross is a case in point.
Ross, of course, exploded out of a Detroit housing project in 1960, fronting the The Supremes. Over the half century she evolved into an “entertainer” of national-treasure dimensions: One of the most successful female music artists [[18 No. 1 songs), a Academy Award nominated actress [[“Lady Sings the Blues”) and a carnival of fashion [[as a teenager she had studied fashion design).
If tonight’s concert at EnergySolutions promises to be a musical biography of Ross’s amazing life, including milestones “Stop in the Name of Love,” “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” “Upside Down,” and the theme from her film “Mahogany”: “Do You Know Where You’re Going To?”
When: Tonight, 7:30 p.m.
Where: EnergySolutions Arena
This sounds like a step up then for Diana Ross. I saw a video the other day of her performing at a wedding.
I should ask her to sell AVON for me. It might help her out a bit.
