Anybody see the X factor tonight?

I saw the first bit and the last 20 minutes, B ut I damn near threw my TV out the window when Simon sent Melanie Amaro home! Luckely, He fixed this mistake before disaster could ensue[[though it kind of did on twitter)

Another act in the finals I like are the Soundhoggs! they're like a combination of the Temptations and B2k! all that's missing of course is a bass singer!

They're a lot of talented people on there but Melanie's the real deal!

I saw it and I agree the Soundhoggs are a talented ground and have been able to add the old with the new. Was glad to see Leroy Bell get through. This show is pretty emotional. I got a little caught up on a lot of the contestants stories and was really inspired by the young man that said "he had to decide if he wanted to chase a job or a dream".

I cried during a few different moments as well, including when they broke the good news to the homeless guy [[I forget his name). I'm rooting for that little cute girl [[I forget her name), Stacey Francis and Melanie. Stacey is one hell of a singer.

I like the show and will stick with it and overall I think the singers have the potential to be better than the ones on Idol. However, that business with Simon and his trip down to Florida where he just "happened" to catch the entire family at home so he could deliver his message was just too hokey to be believed. However, I think what that could mean is that she is the hand-picked winner and that they just did that for added drama so they could come back to it later. Also you cannot convince me that Paula, Nicole, and LA made their decisions entirely on their own. I think there is a huge staff of producers who make these decisions and they merely make the on-camera announcements.

So yes I will watch but with a certain degree of skepticism. I know exaggeration and careful editing when I see it.
