Sentencing September 29th. No bail.
Roberta,
Indeed I did mean to say that & thank you for the correction.
Hmmm...I wonder what the penalty should be for forumers whom can't get the date right while posting information which is right in their face?
I believe that a few listens to "Pat Boone With His Bad Self Raps Gangster Polka" is in order!
I was a little surprised he was sent to jail without bail.
Not trying to be funny here but Propofol is a hell of a drug.
We're talking about a drug which is meant to be used in the setting of an operating room, closely monitored & NOT to be used as a sleep-aid.
This & the other reason which I stated in the main forum may have contributed to the judge issuing no bail..
Juice it's November I believe , but yes, Dr. Murray has gone to JAIL!!!!!
I knew that the defense were in trouble the minute they presented that "theory" that Michael injected himself with the fatal dosage, the he was responsible for his own death! That was a real shot so I am pleased with todays verdict.
Exactly! Plus the fact that Murray lives in Texas and is originally from Granada. He has no long term ties to LA. Drugs like Propofol are not illegal ,but they are also "Not For Home Use"! Regardless of whether Michael was begging for it, paying for it, the Doctor had a responsibility as a professional to not give it to him. He couldn't get it on his own if he walked into a pharmacy anywhere!
"Pat Boone With His Bad Self Raps Gangster Polka" ....... now you know you need to quit! hehehehehehehe....LOL!!!
I'm happy to see that California is at least saved from another international embarrassment with its come to be expected usual miscarriage of justice in our criminal courts.
I completely agree with you marv2!
What surprises me is how bitter some people seem to be in life, they go by heresay and take it to be truth?
Guilty was the correct judgement and I was impressed with Judge Pastors summing up.
My Heart goes out to Michael's three children, that is all that is really important May They find Peace! Michael really Loved them so much and wanted to give them a better life, the "This is It" O2 Tour should never have been so many dates, greed from all concerned a shorter tour may have changed things for Michael.
Jaybs, thank you. Yes, I do have great empathy for the children. Being that young, I could not imagine growing up without my parents, my father from that age. They have a long road ahead. The moment I heard that Michael would be doing something like 50 shows in quick succession [[noting the type of energetic performances he puts on), I became skeptical to if it was a good idea to try that. Those concert promoters need to be investigated. Did I read somewhere that they had a huge insurance policy out on Michael Jackson?
