I've heard stories over the years and a friend of mine whose cousin knows Mary about how Diana got sick of there being 4 Supremes so she spiked Barbara Martin's coke right before a show and therefore Barbara was onstage drunk and Berry fired her. I always wondered which performance that was and the exact date?

There's another rumour that Diane had her most famous fan escorted out of one of her concerts for misbehaviour. She tried to give him the end of her pointed shoe [[a la Patti Labelle) but she was too busy on stage to be able to reach his butt.

And the fan has not lived happily ever after ever since.

Actually Randy, I was thinking Barbara Martin. She's a sweet lady and has never publically bashed any of her singing partners.

Normally this kind of thing is humorous. It's just that we have a select few who would take this and start spreading it all over the internet and then fiction turns to fact...when it is still fiction.
