Donnie Linton Of Crown Heights Affair Has Died

Donnie Linton, passed away today. Donnie was a founder of the group Crown Heights Affair, a long-time music exec [[w/ lots of old school music biz tales to tell!) and all around good guy. He will be missed. My prayers are with his family.

What a shame.
RIp Donnie.
CHA are one my favourite groups ever.
I promoted them at an All-Dayer at Blackpool Mecca in the late 1970's and it was an amazing event. Just closed my eyes and can see them now.
The Mecca followers loved their records so much that actually seeing CHA on stage was like a religious experience.
Will play out "Dreaming A Dream" on Saturday in memory of Donnie.
