Never heaard of William Goldstein before. According to the entry on Discogs, this is from an 'unreleased Anthology Compliation'. William does have a couple of singles released on Motown in the '70s.

    "Spirit of '76 [A.M. America]"/"Southern Confort" [Motown-1976]
"Midnight Rhapsody [with The Magic Disco Machine]" [Motown-1976]
"Bend A Little"/"Second Avenue" [with The Magic Disco Machine] [Motown {Brazil} 1978]
    .
Here's a link to Mr. Goldstein's website with more info on his life & work.

William Goldstein his Album has been on Youtube since 2015, originally it was released in Feb 2009 by Motown & the Universal Grp.

He also was the songwriter for several 45's for Berry 1974/75. [Motown Eddie has 3 of his 45's above]
