Marv Johnson [[& Jackie Wilson) in 1961 Movie

Marv johnson & Jackie Wilson were 2 of the singing stars who could be seen the the 1961 movie TEENAGE MILLIONAIRE ...
this had a thin plot revolving round a kid who's dad owned a radio stn. Using the theme as a ploy. they drop in clip of currently hot recording stars performing recent hits.
It seems Jimmy Clanton [[who was allotted the movie theme tune to sing) was designated the guy who the movie was supposed to shoot to stardom.
Coz of that fact, they didn't want Jackie Wilson's contribution to overshadow Jimmy's efforts, so Jackie wasn't allowed to perform his big hits from that time.
ANYONE KNOW if the clips were specially filmed for this movie ... they appear to have been to me ...
