Clyde Martin - The Passions

Has anyone any knowledge of a Detroit group called the Passions who cut a 45 about 1969/70. Clyde was a member and along with his cousin Franklin, Jody Trumbo and Dwight South went on to join Deep Velvet who recorded on Aware and as Pure Velvet on Osiris.

Unfortunately, there were many groups who recorded under the name the Passions [[both soul & pop outfits). Without more info, it would be hard to track down which one this was ... a likely contender is this group but they seem to have recorded in Chicago & had a few 45's out.
