    Kim Weston, Helpless, Expanded

A remarkable song. I never understood why Kim was not more recognized.

I get the drift, John. Whenever I have to grab my hearing device, I will let you know!
So... it's the Anthology, I suppose? Don't have that one. But can't remember having heard it on any Dutch compilation either. One relased in my days at Dutch Motown? The seventies?
May also well be my deterioratong memory. I mean, I've been on those toxic hiv medication for ages now and it won't get better, only worse!

It's age that is responsible for a failing memory.

PS it was the 1966 edition of MOTOWN GOLD....remember that!!

The expanded version of "Helpless" is also on 20th Century Masters: Millennium Collection by Kim Weston.

They just ran the "Motown Memories" show hosted by Mary Wilson on PBS New York again last night. They were offering the Motown Box Set.

Kim Weston is one of my favorites. Even her older material is still very listenable. She put out such high quality recordings.
