I saw the film 'A Knock at the Cabin' this weekend and was re-introduced to KC & the Sunshine Band's 'Boogie Shoes'. How, I ask, HOW can it be that those greedy, griftin' Gayes have not been sued over this one? Who amongst us can deny the utter thievery of MG's 'GTGIU' 2 years after 'Boogie Shoes'?

I've never heard any similarity between KC & The Sunshine Band's "Boogie Shoes" & Marvin Gaye's "Got To Give It Up" [and I'm sure that KC & Co. would've filed a lawsuit against Gaye if there was anything in common with their song a long time ago].
