Perhaps, she may return to the stage with these two encore songs:
"Thank You" and "The Answer is Always Love".
These songs weave into one another and celebrate hope.
Any ideas?

my first choice is Never Say I Dont Love You or Remember Me,...then thank you
I'll ditto DavidDh's Remember Me then Thank You. Brilliant selections.
Since the Supremes medley she usually throws in her setlists these days are usually missing many old favourites, I would like to see her do another Supremes medley as a first encore - an extended slow opening to 'Reflections' as a first song might be a good way for her to return to the stage.
A second medley would be a great way to satisfy her fans by including some more of their old favourites [even if only for 60 seconds or so].
After the medley should could say "I'm glad you remember those old favourites. I remember them with love and I hope you always remember me with love."
Then the opening bars to 'Remember Me' start up...
*perfection*

I would love for her to open the show with “He Lives In You” as it compliments the theme of the new album.
I don’t think “Thank You” really works as a show closer. “Tomorrow” would be a much better choice of song which mirrors the high energy of “IWS”
I would definitely add “Count On Me”, perhaps in place of “Don’t Explain”.
It would be rather special if she added “Is This What Feeling Gets” to perform after “EODTR”.
I think it has to be a well known song or songs
I might suggest Reach Out and Touch followed by Someday We’ll Be Together
As far as I know, with the exception of Motown 25, Ross has never sang "Someday We'll Be Together" after she left the Supremes. There is an instrumental snippet in the Motown/Supremes medley on An Evening with Diana Ross, but she doesn't sing the lyrics. The song was also the only #1 Supremes hit NOT to be included in the Return to Love tour.
Sad but true. Something familiar you can singalong with appears to be the order of the day. Perhaps a massive screen displaying the lyrics might be a good idea.
At this point in time, i’m not certain enough of her audience would be that familiar with “Someday We’ll Be Together”.
Perhaps something from ‘Grease’ might elicit a more enthusiastic response. [[Joke)
