The flip of the Satintones 45 already mentioned is also kind of about cars. The lyrics talk about going to The Hop in his raggedy jalop that doesn't have brakes or a top.
Well not really what was intended but The Stylers' "Pushing Up Daisies" is about driving [too fast]:
