I'll have to dig deep to go really ol' skool, but from the current [[kind of) generation, R. Kelly's first album had him doing his best Aaron Hall impression. One of my former employees is from Chicago and told me they used to tease him when he'd be on corners trying to riff while singing Guy songs. And although they didn't sound anything alike, I will insist that Aaron Hall wouldn't sound the way he does if he didn't grow up listening to Stevie Wonder.

And if we're discussing more than just voices, I'll never forget the discussions I heard when Odyssey came out with a song called Inside Out where the bassist [[Sandy Anderson) did a nearly spot on imitation of Slave's incomparable Mark Adams' bass playing. Adams was on record acknowledging the good attempt but clearly didn't appreciate the bassist's borrowing his style.
