Little Richard wasn't offered back his music by Michael, Michael simply offered a job to Richard writing songs for MiJac Music, according to Little Richard himself.

Anyway, Richard's passing further puts an end to a revolutionary era in music and pop culture. He was truly one of the founding fathers of rock and roll along with Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Bo Diddley, Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly.
