    Kiss and Say Goodbye

    Hi!

The Manhattans story, part 3, covering the 70s is now available with a discography at
    http://www.soulexpress.net/manhattans_part3.htm

Besides from the members of the group, there are comments also from Bunny Sigler, Bobby Eli, Frank Johnson and Carla Benson.

    Thank you, Paulo!

I was already wondering, why I haven't got any feedback on it. Is it too long and nobody has enough time to read it, and should I make the next parts shorter?

Currently there's a small debate going on behind the scenes as to who actually were the musicians on the released cut of "Kiss and Say Goodbye" and are there different cuts on the song, but I'll make the additions to the article later on, if needed, and let you know about them here.

    Best regards

    Hi Mikey,
and thank you. That is nice to know. But still it ended up being rather long, longer than I had planned, and it looks like the rest two parts [[the 80s and the 90s/00s) are not going to be any shorter.

    Best regards

Heikki, I would rather read your long, intricate, articulate and detailed stories than a 500 word short that tries to encompass a groups career. Keep up the good work my friend.

    Thank you, Paladin.
Nosey, what is the earliest record in that box? Does it have many tracks from the 60s?

    Best regards

    Hello Heikki,
I read your articale last night but did not get a chance to respond because I was at work. As always, you have done an outstanding job. But then again, I would not expect anything less from you. I'm going to have to re-read some things again because I was at work and just scanned through certain things.
Again, magnificent job and I can't wait for part 4.

    Hi Nosey!
Thank you for the song list. Just a while ago I also went and checked out the complete track listing. It's very nicely and logically compiled, but I heard that there are some inconsistencies in the liner notes. But since I have all those tracks, there's no purpose for me to go and purchase that box set.

Tallone, thank you very much. I expect the fourth part be ready not earlier than by the end of this year.

    Best regards
    Heikki

    Hi Nosey!

I also noticed that, and I really think that it's very nicely and logistically compiled.
It consist mainly of the hit records.
Pity, if the liners were not up to the otherwise, what I think, good quality of the music, and a nice introduction of the group.

    Best regards
    Heikki
