Here is Yvonne Fair's Motown ID card. I acquired this not too long ago and had never seen one before in photo or in person, but I had heard of them. By the late 60's Mr. Gordy was getting pretty paranoid regarding his own security. By the time the Woodward Donovan building was in high use, you needed these cards to enter the facility, whether you were an artist or a general employee. It is signed by Yvonne and Mrs. Edwards.

Hey, I've got a proof sheet, or a copy of it anyway that this photo was taken from. It looks like a photo session and Yvonne is wearing the same thing with the same hair style as pictured here. If I find it, I'll post it here in the future.
