'The Untold Story of Supreme Style' - The NY Times

Here's a nice article from the NY Times with some pictures from the book. It's largely positive. I'm disappointed that only 13 gowns have new pictures and the balance seem to be preexisting photos. I've asked my library to either acquire a copy of lend in a copy for me. I hope there's lots of info about the lesser-known designers.

The information in the NY Times article is incorrect. There are 32 outfits featured in some depth in 'Supreme Glamour' with new photographs and details of the designers, materials used, group lineup(s) who wore the gowns and notable performances where gowns were worn.

Additionally there are numerous photos in the book of the ladies wearing other gowns. There is also a section at the end of the book providing a brief biography of the designers.
