    From the lp[wall to wall]very cool sound from johnnie,he sounds a lot like bobby womack on this one.

    Johnnie Taylor was one of the most underrated singers/performers in R&B history. Even when he scored Pop hits like "Disco Lady", he did not receive the recognition his talents deserved. He was one of my mother's favorites, so I heard just about all of his music.

    Holy moly, what a great tune, thanks r&b!!!! Johnnie sounds a bit like David Ruffin on this one to me as well!!!
